The mechanical infrastructure for a technical educational facility presents significantly higher complexity than a standard commercial development. The Port Augusta site integrates a diverse array of services, including advanced HVAC systems, mechanical ventilation, and a sophisticated Building Management System (BMS). A primary challenge involved consolidating these technical elements spanning chilled and heating water loops, to specialised workshop exhaust systems into a cohesive O&M manual.
