The University of South Australia (UniSA) was a globally connected and engaged university with six main campuses across the state: City East, City West, Magill, Mawson Lakes, Mount Gambier and Whyalla. In January 2026, UniSA formally merged with the University of Adelaide to form Adelaide University, with the two institutions’ campuses, including these long-standing South Australian sites, now operating under the new university. Across the lead-up to the merger, Dewick & Associates provided O&M Manuals for services across UniSA’s various campuses, with projects ranging from minor room relocations and refurbishments through to major new buildings and department relocations, using the university’s own O&M manual template to capture each project’s scope, assets, maintenance requirements and operational functionality. Dewick & Associates also provided As-Installed Drawings for contractors as required to meet each project brief.

The University of South Australia ran an ongoing programme of works across its six campuses — City East, City West, Magill, Mawson Lakes, Mount Gambier and Whyalla — ranging from minor room relocations and refurbishments to major new buildings and department relocations.
