We’ve added a new feature to nucleus, our bespoke client portal, making the process of reviewing and finalising O&M Manuals even smoother.
Our new ‘Request a Review’ function completes a project’s journey from quote creation through to final manual issue:

✧ Easy drag-and-drop upload for final certificates, drawings, test results
✧ Full visibility of uploaded documents
✧ Technical writing team actions comments, checks and files uploaded documents;

Chester Zoo have launched their new beautiful safari-style lodges – an incredible addition, giving guests a unique way to experience the zoo and its conservation mission.
For The Reserve accommodation, we delivered Building Handover Manuals plus Mechanical & Electrical O&M Manuals – all created to support a smooth handover, efficient operations, and long term asset protection.
