Message from D&A General Manager Louise Gardner: Reflections, Seasons Greetings and Thank You.

As 2025 draws to a close, we reflect on our achievements, challenges and look forward to 2026.

For Dewick & Associates, 2025 was defined by focused technical growth internally, an increase in regional market share and a continued commitment to operational excellence. We successfully navigated sustained demand for complex construction documentation, reinforcing our essential role as the construction documentation partner of choice across our loyal client base.

Our internal team development has been supported through the promotion of Alexandra Vuksa to Lead Client Coordinator, alongside the employment of Dane, Jacque and Liana as Client Coordinators and Katie and Anna within our Technical Writing team. Forming and supporting a dedicated, flexible and committed team is the key to our ongoing success and always important to me personally. Working closely with our team ensures they understand their role, develop their skills and can maintain the high level of service our clients expect and receive.

We have continued to expand our service offering in 2025 to include Building Regulation 38 Files, Asset Registers and further focus on supporting builders in their full documentation package from BHM to O&M Manuals.

D&A Festive Celebrations.

As 2025 draws to a close, the D&A team gathered together for our annual Christmas celebration. The festivities kicked off with a relaxing team lunch in the Adelaide Hills, giving us a moment to step away from our desks, share stories, and recognise the incredible effort everyone has put in this year.

Following on, we participated in a creative fused glass workshop, where everyone designed and crafted their own unique Christmas tree decorations. It was inspiring to see the team’s artistic side shine, proving we’re not just strong professionals, but creative individuals too!
