Steve Spindler joined Dewick & Associates in 2019, bringing extensive experience in technical documentation and CAD drafting across the construction, infrastructure, and defence sectors. He plays a key role in managing the company’s drafting workload, producing high-accuracy concept, detailed design, and as-installed drawings across multiple disciplines.

Throughout his career, Steve has developed extensive drafting and design experience across a range of project environments, building strong capability in technical documentation, CAD drafting and drawing coordination. His background includes experience supporting multi-disciplinary projects where precision, compliance and clear communication are essential to successful project delivery.

Since joining Dewick & Associates, Steve has become highly experienced in Defence system requirements and documentation standards, including the preparation and coordination of As Installed Drawings, Space Plans, Master Site Plans and project metadata. His understanding of structured drafting environments and technical project requirements enables him to contribute effectively across complex and compliance-focused project environments.
