Our Journey & History

  • 2008–2009: Founded by Phil Dewick with a core focus on Mechanical O&M Manuals to ensure Australian compliance and smooth project handovers. 
  • 2009–2014: Built recognised expertise on high-profile projects, including the new Royal Adelaide Hospital, Myer Centre, and the University of South Australia, leading to formal company incorporation.
  • 2014–2016: Expanded Australian project reach, delivering documentation for major sites like Bunnings Warehouse Woolston and the Tweed Valley Health Hub.
  • 2016–2019: Strengthened practical site-based understanding by hiring construction experts. Team roles were structured into dedicated Client Coordinators, Technical Writers, Engineers, and Drafters.
  • 2019: Established formal Quality Assurance (QA) processes to standardise reviews and guarantee compliance across all outputs.
  • 2020–2023: Expanded into the United Kingdom and Canadian markets, adapting services to international compliance frameworks.
  • 2022–Present: Launched nucleus, a bespoke online portal that transforms client interaction, streamlining management, tracking, and delivery of construction documentation.
